The regular programs of the organization, such as RSV school, education coaching centers at Ghosaldanga and Bishnubati, evening schools, health care, bio-farms, the Museum of Santal Culture, and Kick for Help, have regularly continued this month. 

Some of the extracurricular activities that were organized are given below:

1) RSV school had organized two parent-teacher meetings. The first meeting was for all the parents to share the annual performance of their wards. The second was for the parents of class IV students who will be graduating from RSV and join the government high school in December.

2) The hostel students have prepared mushroom bags for this season. They have also begun to prepare their individual gardens for winter vegetables.

 

3) The museum promotion team of Bishnubati had performed a public relation program for the students and teachers of Kala-Bhavana, Visva-Bharati at the Nandan Art Gallery of the University

 

 

4) Ms. Sabine Reichert, the representative of the Schöck Foundation, Germany, who has been sponsoring the teachers’ training project in the organization, had come to see the program. Ms. Reichert also witnessed the live session of a program as well as the exhibition put up by trainees.

 

5) A new unit called “Center for Adivasi Studies and Training” has been opened at RSV School. Sharing the experiences of teaching Santal children at RSV School and collaborating with the organizations working on the field is the main purpose of the center.

This month, the Kick for Help team played three friendly matches in Illambazar and Dhansara villages.
